Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field qualifying for SLPA licensure
• Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLPA
• Experience working with children; school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Program (IEP) procedures and relevant educational regulations

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech and language abilities and assist in developing individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy services targeting speech, language, fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement classroom accommodations
• Monitor and document student progress, modifying therapy plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings to contribute toward meaningful goal setting
• Provide resources and guidance to parents and caregivers to support student development
