Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Location:
- Lehigh Acres, FL
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluate students’ speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans based on individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students’ goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as required
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall educational development of students
