A full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position is available in a K-12 school setting located in Gonzales, TX for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract role spans the complete school year and involves supporting students across all grade levels from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech and language therapy to a full caseload of K-12 students
- Collaborating closely with an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to implement treatment plans
- Completing accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to individualized education programs (IEPs) compliance
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Valid SLPA certification or licensure appropriate for school-based services
- Experience working within a K-12 educational environment preferred
