A full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting located in Hollister, CA. This contract position runs through June 4, 2026, supporting a dynamic educational environment dedicated to student development and compliance with state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and reimbursement requirements for therapy services.
  • Perform clerical duties including detailed record keeping, anecdotal notes, charts, and tracking student progress data.
  • Assist speech-language pathologists in preparing therapy materials and ensuring therapy equipment is properly maintained.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings or planning sessions when appropriate.
  • Support informal documentation and data collection to monitor and enhance program quality.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly preferred to support a diverse student population.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California SLPA license.
  • Experience working within a K-12 school environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with speech-language pathologists, educators, and families.
  • Bilingual skills are a significant advantage.

  • Onsite role based in Hollister, CA.
