An opportunity exists for a skilled professional to support elementary students in their educational journey through a part-time position. This role is crucial in providing targeted assistance to students, fostering communication skills, and enhancing their overall learning experiences.
Location: Noblesville, IN
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as directed, ensuring that students receive appropriate support.
- Conduct screenings and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and interventions.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists to create a supportive learning environment.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as available.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field.
- Current Indiana SLPA license or certification.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
