A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support elementary school students in New Haven, CT. This role focuses on delivering effective speech and language services within a school setting, contributing to the overall communication development and academic success of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing speech and language therapy plans under the supervision of a certified Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Work directly with students to support their communication goals.
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to ensure integrated support.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to individualized education programs (IEPs).

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certification or training as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
