Overview: Our educational team in California is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) dedicated to helping students overcome communication challenges. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language challenges in students.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for students with diverse communication needs.
- Deliver SLPA services in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication skills.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for the role.
Licenses & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, Speech and Language Pathology, or Communicative Sciences and Disorders
- Active SLPA (Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant) License
