Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications or an Associate degree from an SLPA program
- Active SLPA certification
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, particularly in high-stress and crisis situations
- Ability to travel between school buildings as required
- Experience working collaboratively with staff, students, and parents
Location: San Tan Valley, AZ
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services in accordance with student IEPs
- Collaborate with educators and other specialists to support student needs
- Maintain clear and effective communication with staff, students, and parents
- Document and report on student progress and service delivery
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
