Qualifications:
- Active or pending California SLPA license
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in SLP or Communication Disorders
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not mandatory
- Familiarity with IEPs and ability to implement treatment plans
- ASHA certification is a plus, although not required
Location: Taft, CA
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language treatment to students
- Collaborate with educators and parents to support student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as required
- Work closely with a diverse student population, adapting strategies to individual needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students' overall development
