Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience working in school settings, preferred
- Strong knowledge of various speech and language disorders and treatment strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff, parents, and students
- Familiarity with IEPs and other educational assessment tools
Location: Cypress, TX (30 miles West of Houston)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide diagnosis for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support students' communication needs
- Monitor and document students’ progress through regular evaluations
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with families
- Provide training and resources to staff regarding speech and language development
