Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working in school settings, preferred
• Strong knowledge of various speech and language disorders and treatment strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff, parents, and students
• Familiarity with IEPs and other educational assessment tools

Location: Cypress, TX (30 miles West of Houston)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide diagnosis for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support students' communication needs
• Monitor and document students’ progress through regular evaluations
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with families
• Provide training and resources to staff regarding speech and language development
