Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, intervention, and support services to students facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive and supportive school environment
• Develop and implement individualized education and treatment plans
• Conduct regular meetings with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and strategies for support
• Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress
• Participate in school committees and contribute to policy development regarding student well-being
