A K-12 school in Gurnee, IL, is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to provide support on a contract basis. Contract Duration:

• November 10, 2025 to February 20, 2026
• January 27, 2026 to March 10, 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and barriers to learning
• Provide individual and group counseling to students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention plans
• Connect students and families with community resources and support services
• Assist in crisis intervention and manage behavioral issues according to school policies
• Maintain accurate documentation and case records in compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

• Degree in Social Work (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred)
• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Social Worker
