Responsibilities:

• Provide social work services to a caseload of approximately 33 students, focusing on their individual needs
• Collaborate with the PDT team for student evaluations, eligibility meetings, and service reporting
• Conduct student check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a supportive transition throughout the school day
• Develop and implement SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) building activities
• Monitor and support MTSS students and staff, fostering an inclusive learning environment
