Social Worker | Okemos, Michigan

This full-time Social Worker position in a K-12 school setting offers an opportunity to provide essential support to students throughout the school year on a contract basis. Located in Okemos, MI, this role focuses on promoting student well-being and academic success through collaboration, counseling, and active participation in support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review student records to identify and address social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop supportive strategies
• Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute to comprehensive planning

Required Qualifications:
