A full-semester contract position is available for a skilled Social Worker to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Ridgway, CO. This role is essential in fostering a positive and supportive environment, addressing the social and emotional needs of students, and collaborating with educators and families to promote student well-being and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create supportive educational environments.
- Connect students and families with community resources and services.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations.
