School-Based Social Worker - Walton, New York

A full-semester contract position is available for a School Social Worker serving K-12 students in a school located in Walton, NY. This role focuses on supporting the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students to promote a positive and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Provide counseling and support services to students and families
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and community resources to coordinate care
