Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Social Worker License or Ohio Clinical Counselor License.
- Certified in School Counseling or Social Work.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly in behavior support.
- Strong understanding of crisis intervention techniques.
- Ability to attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on Evaluation Team Reports (ETRs).
- Excellent communication and consultation skills with educators and parents.
