Special Ed Teacher - Saint Paul, Minnesota

Located in Saint Paul, MN, this position is designed for candidates ready to make a significant impact in the lives of middle school students with emotional and behavioral disorders. As part of a dedicated team, you will work in a supportive and structured environment focused on fostering the academic, social, and emotional growth of each learner.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small-group instruction aligned with IEP goals in a Federal Setting III program.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Create and maintain a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.

Qualifications:

• Valid or eligible for a Minnesota teaching license in EBD Special Education (Tier 1–4).
• Experience working with students with emotional and behavioral disorders is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to implement behavioral intervention plans and adapt curriculum to meet diverse needs.
