A middle school is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support students with diverse learning needs. This contract position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student development in an engaging educational environment located in Andover, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s abilities and goals
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster an inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional strategies to meet evolving needs
• Utilize specialized teaching methods and assistive technology to enhance learning outcomes
