This role is ideal for educators with an active Virginia Special Education teaching license looking to make a meaningful difference over the summer months. Key Qualifications:

• Active Virginia Special Education teaching license required
• Experience working with students ranging from Kindergarten through 12th grade
• Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and differentiated instruction

Location:

• Arlington, Virginia

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to students with disabilities in compliance with their IEPs
• Participate in preparatory sessions on July 1, 2, and half-day on 3rd July to align curriculum and lesson plans
• Maintain a supportive and engaging learning environment, tailoring instruction for elementary to secondary levels
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to ensure program success and student growth

Schedule:

• Program dates: July 7 – August 1
• Daily hours: 5 hours for elementary level, 5.5 hours for secondary level students
