Qualifications:
- Valid LBS I certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Previous experience teaching middle school students with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Commitment to collaborative teaching and continuous professional development

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Create a structured and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, support staff, and families to promote student success.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
