A full-time Special Education teaching opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Belton, TX, serving K-12 students in self-contained elementary and middle school classrooms. This contract role offers a 40-hour workweek with a quick start process beginning May 29, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction for students with diverse learning needs in self-contained settings.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to support student growth and success.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and communication.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Qualifications: Candidates must hold active Texas teaching certifications to be considered, including one of the following combinations:
- EC–12 Special Education AND EC–6 Core
- EC–12 Special Education AND 4–8 Generalist
