Middle School Special Ed Teacher - Bridgeport, Connecticut

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction tailored to the unique needs of middle school students with special education requirements.
• Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, counselors, and support staff to ensure student success.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student records and communication with parents/guardians.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Connecticut Special Education license required.
• Experience teaching special education at the middle school level preferred.

Hours and Compensation:
