Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or relevant field
- Valid state certification in Special Education
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly in transitional classrooms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Proficiency in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students
- Collaborate with educational staff to assess student progress and adjust IEP goals accordingly
- Create a supportive and structured learning environment that promotes social and emotional development
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic and behavioral expectations
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by state regulations
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices
