Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid state certification or licensure in Special Education.
• Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and commitment to student success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children is highly desirable.
