A Special Education Teacher is needed for the 2025-2026 school year in Clemmons, NC. This position is an elementary resource caseload role with a contract duration covering approximately 12 weeks of leave coverage during the school year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and support tailored to students with disabilities within the elementary school setting
- Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to address student needs
- Modify classroom materials and teaching approaches to accommodate students’ learning goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate regularly with parents and school staff
Required Qualifications:
- Valid North Carolina Special Education Teaching License
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in a special education capacity
- Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to deliver differentiated instruction based on student needs
