A position is available for a High School Special Education Teacher specializing in Essential Skills. This contract role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment focused on providing specialized instruction tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Location: Corydon, Indiana

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for high school students with special education needs
• Deliver instruction in essential skills aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies to maximize learning outcomes
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and educational requirements

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification with specialization in Special Education
