This full-time, on-site position at an elementary school in Darlington, SC, offers the chance to support and guide students with diverse learning needs throughout the remainder of the school year. The role is a full-semester contract requiring a passionate educator who holds a valid South Carolina teaching license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Utilize specialized instructional strategies to support developmental progress in a Pre-K setting
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to promote student growth
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid South Carolina teaching license with specialization in Special Education
• Experience working with pre-kindergarten or early elementary students preferred
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Location: Elementary school in Darlington, SC
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, on-site
