A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, covering grades 7 through 12 in a resource role. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic and social development within a high school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities in grades 7-12
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to foster an inclusive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and district regulations related to special education services
Qualifications:
- Active New York State teacher license in Special Education for grades 7-12 is required
- Previous experience working with secondary school students in a special education capacity preferred

Location: Delhi, NY (High School setting)
