Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to create inclusive classroom settings
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting instructional methods accordingly
- Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents and guardians
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education
- Experience working with elementary-aged students requiring special education services
