Special Ed Teacher | Derry, New Hampshire

A full-time Special Education teaching opportunity is available at an elementary school for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position covers a leave of absence and runs from February 10, 2025, through June 16, 2026. The role is based onsite, working Monday through Friday with a 35-hour workweek.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support to elementary students with special education needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
• Maintain detailed records and comply with all state and federal regulations related to special education services

Qualifications:

• Active New Hampshire Special Education license
• Active New Hampshire teaching license
• Experience working with elementary-aged students
• Ability to work onsite full-time
