Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid South Carolina Teaching License with Multi-Categorical and Early Childhood endorsements.
  • Experience working with PreK students in a self-contained classroom setting, specifically with 3-4-year-olds.
  • Skilled in managing a PreK caseload and delivering specialized instruction.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting as required.
  • Proficient in working as a High School resource Special Education Teacher for upper-grade students.
  • Commitment to supporting students' academic and developmental growth through individualized education plans.

Location:

  • Position is located onsite in Dillon, SC, serving PreK through 12th grade students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized instruction for PreK students in a self-contained classroom environment.
  • Provide resource support to high school students in special education programs.
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement effective education strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and compliance.
