A full-time Special Education Teacher opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year, covering a leave of absence from February 10, 2025, to June 16, 2026. This contract position supports elementary students and is ideal for educators holding active licenses in New Hampshire.
Location and Schedule:
- Work onsite at an elementary school in Dover, NH
- Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week
- Full-time contract role supporting elementary caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and support to elementary students with diverse learning needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to promote student success
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
Qualifications:
- Active New Hampshire Special Education license required
- Active New Hampshire teaching license
- Experience working with elementary school students with special needs preferred
- Ability to work onsite throughout the contract duration
