A full-semester opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher specializing in elementary education to support a self-contained Cross Categorical unit. This position involves working with a caseload of 8-9 students within the K-1 age group, providing targeted and effective instruction tailored to their individual needs.

Job Type: Contract (Full Semester)
Duration: ASAP through 6/4/2026, with potential for extension or transition to a full district employee role
School Hours: 8:25 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized special education services to students in a self-contained Cross Categorical classroom.
• Develop and implement educational plans that address diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with classroom aides, therapists, and other educational staff to support student progress.
• Monitor student performance and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state standards.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure consistent support across settings.
