Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction aligned with IEP goals.
- Collaborate with families and related service providers to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs.
- Create and maintain a positive, predictable, and structured classroom environment conducive to learning.
Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota teaching license in Special Education, with a preference for ASD and/or DCD licensure.
- Strong understanding of instructional strategies for students with varying disabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.
