Special Education Teacher in Fountain, CO

A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Fountain, CO. This role involves delivering tailored instruction and fostering an inclusive learning environment for students with diverse educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) aligned with state and federal guidelines.
• Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student progress.
• Monitor and document student performance, behavior, and development regularly.
• Maintain a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes student engagement and learning.
