Located in Hilton Head Island, SC, multiple full-time Special Education teaching positions are available within local schools, including roles focused on Early Childhood and Severe and Profound needs. These onsite positions require a dedication to supporting students with diverse learning challenges in a structured educational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all applicable laws and guidelines related to special education.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education teaching certification.
  • Experience working with students requiring special education services, preferably across early childhood and severe/profound categories.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule and Location:

  • Full-time commitment, 37.5 hours per week.
  • All positions are onsite at schools located in the surrounding Hilton Head Island area.
