Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction tailored to meet the unique learning needs of students with disabilities.
- Collaborate with general education staff to provide support within both push-in (inclusive) and pull-out (specialized) settings.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to ensure academic and social growth.
- Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and independence.
Qualifications:
- Current certification in Special Education.
- Experience teaching in resource settings with multi-grade level expertise (HS, MS, ES).
- Ability to work effectively in both push-in and pull-out models.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
