Special Education Teacher - Joliet, MT

This full-time position involves working in a resource setting that includes both push-in and pull-out services, offering a dynamic environment to make a meaningful impact on students’ educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction tailored to meet the unique learning needs of students with disabilities.
• Collaborate with general education staff to provide support within both push-in (inclusive) and pull-out (specialized) settings.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to ensure academic and social growth.
• Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and independence.

Qualifications:

• Current certification in Special Education.
• Experience teaching in resource settings with multi-grade level expertise (HS, MS, ES).
• Ability to work effectively in both push-in and pull-out models.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
