Special Education Teacher - Lansdale, PA

A K-12 school in Lansdale, PA is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to provide resource support through push-in and pull-out services. This full-time, contract position spans the entire school year and focuses primarily on a high school caseload, working with 9th-grade students through the end of the school year.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to students with disabilities within a co-teaching environment and through individualized pull-out sessions.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curriculum and adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student goals and compliance requirements.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records to inform instructional decisions.
• Communicate regularly with families, staff, and administration to support student growth and achievement.

Qualifications:
