High School Special Education Teacher - Levittown, PA

This full-time position (40 hours per week) is for a Special Education Teacher with responsibilities in high school geometry instruction and case management for the 2025-2026 school year. The role requires a commitment to supporting students through individualized educational plans and collaborating with staff to optimize learning outcomes.

Location:

• High School setting in Levittown, PA

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction in Geometry to high school students with special needs
• Manage caseload of students, including developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all district and state requirements
• Participate in professional development and staff meetings as required

Qualifications:

• PA Special Education teaching certification is required; emergency certifications are supported
• PA Clearances and completion of TB test before employment
• Previous experience teaching Geometry is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential
