This opportunity seeks dedicated Special Education Teachers to support K-12 students in a dynamic school environment. High School Inclusion Teacher: Deliver inclusive instruction and collaborate with general education staff to support students with special needs in mainstream classrooms.

Resource Teacher with Autism Focus (K-8 Grammar School): Provide targeted interventions and specialized support for students with autism, working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams.

4th Grade Resource Classroom Teacher: Manage and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students within a resource setting, adapting curricula and monitoring progress.

Assignment Type: Contract, CSY (Current School Year)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) aligned with state standards and student needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to promote student success
- Utilize data-driven assessments to adjust instructional strategies and monitor student growth
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners’ social, emotional, and academic development
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with state and federal special education regulations
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education teaching certification
- Experience working with diverse learners across K-12 settings
- Strong knowledge of instructional methods for inclusion and autism spectrum disorders
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
