Special Education Teacher in Lynn, MA

Qualifications:

• Active Moderate Disabilities license for grades PreK-8 through the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education

• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation

Location: Lawrence, MA (Travel between two campuses)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the needs of students
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation required by the state
• Engage in regular communication with students, parents, and guardians regarding student achievement and challenges
