Multiple opportunities are available, with openings in both elementary and middle school settings. You’ll work onsite, full-time (37.5 hours per week), addressing behavioral, ASD, communication, or resource needs depending on your placement. Whether guiding elementary students with developmental disabilities supported by a robust team of assistants, or contributing to middle school resource and behavioral classrooms, your expertise will help shape student success and inclusion.

Ideal candidates will bring the following:

  • An active Special Education (SPED) teaching license or certification in Oregon
  • Experience working with children with behavioral, autism spectrum, and/or communication needs—specific expertise based on classroom assignment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, working closely with assistants and fellow educators
  • A commitment to inclusive education and individualized instruction
  • Ability to provide contact information for your most recent supervisor reference for consideration
