A K-12 school in Melrose, NM, is seeking four Special Education Teachers for a contract position from December 8, 2025, through May 21, 2026. This full-time role involves supporting students in resource classrooms, with one position focused on the elementary level and three positions on the high school level. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized instruction and support within resource classrooms

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Qualifications:

  • Active Special Education (SPED) certification or license valid in New Mexico
  • Experience with K-12 special education instruction, preferably in resource settings

  • Willingness to assist with pending licensure processes if applicable
  • Ability to work onsite in Melrose, NM
