Qualifications:
- Valid or eligible Minnesota teaching license in EBD Special Education (Tier 1–4)
- Experience working with students with emotional and behavioral disorders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs effectively
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Location: Forest Lake, MN (High School Setting)
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction tailored to meet IEP goals
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
- Create and maintain a safe and structured classroom environment conducive to learning
- Utilize positive behavioral support strategies to promote students' social and emotional development
- Engage in regular professional development to enhance teaching practices
