Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid Special Education teaching certification or licensure
  • Experience working with K-12 students with special needs in classroom or related settings
  • Strong knowledge of special education laws, instructional methods, and assessment practices
  • Ability to create adaptive lesson plans and utilize assistive technology
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
