A full-time Special Education Teacher opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year at an elementary school located in Naperville, IL. This contract role offers a 40-hour workweek with a focus on 4th grade co-teaching within a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with general education teachers to implement inclusive instructional strategies for 4th-grade students.
  • Develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to diverse learning needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
  • Illinois State Board of Education Professional Educator License (PEL) with an endorsement for Learning Behavior Specialist 1 (LBS1).
