This full-time contract position is seeking an experienced Special Education Resource Specialist Teacher to support students in grades K-8 in Daly City, CA. The role requires managing a caseload of up to 28 students, including case management responsibilities and delivering both pull-out and in-class support in general education settings. The ideal candidate will have a solid background as an RSP teacher, capable of working independently with minimal training.
Key Qualifications:
- Active California mild/moderate special education teaching credential required
- Experience managing up to 28 students’ individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Proven ability to provide inclusive support within both general and special education environments
- Effective case management skills and familiarity with special education compliance
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction and support tailored to individual student needs across K-8 grade levels
- Manage and maintain up to 28 student cases, ensuring compliance with individualized education plans and state regulations
- Collaborate with general education teachers to integrate students in inclusive classroom settings
- Provide pull-out instruction and interventions as needed
- Communicate regularly with families, educators, and administration to monitor student progress and update goals
