Positions are available for Special Education Teachers with expertise in early childhood and severe and profound disabilities to work onsite in schools located in Okatie, SC. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' unique needs.
  • Deliver specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create inclusive learning environments.
  • Monitor and document student progress and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing professional development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education teaching certification.
  • Experience working with early childhood or severe and profound disability populations.
  • Strong understanding of special education laws, instructional strategies, and behavioral interventions.

Employment Type: Full-time, onsite position, 37.5 hours per week
