Special Education Teacher in Palmdale, CA

A full-time Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Teacher position is available in Palmdale, CA, serving students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract role is designed for the current school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction and support in social-emotional learning to K-12 students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the social-emotional needs of students.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to foster positive student outcomes.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid teaching credential with a specialization in Special Education.
